We pay special attention to ensuring that the apartments in the condominiums we build become real homes. Homemaking is mostly a privilege for women – when designing individual living spaces, we emphasize that we give free space to realize dreams during our cooperation.
Our construction managers have a solid professional background and great flexibility to create the interior of your dream apartment – only the location of the main walls, windows and mains (main pipes) is a constraint.
You can choose, among other things, what kind of windows and doors should be placed in the living space and where they should open. You also decide where the partition walls should be located, so you can create interior spaces that best serve the space requirements of your lifestyle and lifestyle. In many places, for example, the space allocated for the bathroom is limited – with us, you don’t have to make compromises regarding the size of the bathroom or the children’s room: everything is designed as you give it to us. The sanitary ware, radiators, coverings, wall colors, etc. are all determined by you, down to the smallest details, such as the color of the grout or the type of door handles.
The design of the kitchen is also a pivotal point within the home, defining the important scene of family life. Everything in this room should be designed in the most ideal way for the family, so that later there is no need to install laborious rework.
Therefore, it is advantageous that we do not impose restrictions on the order in which we can arrange, for example, the location of mechanical equipment, the location of ventilation systems (such as the kitchen hood), air conditioning, electrical fittings, etc.

We do not think in template solutions. We believe that every person has unique needs, habits and a rhythm of life within the family, which cannot be comfortably followed and satisfied with templated interior designs.
Our company will build your home in perfect quality in an exceptionally demanding, green, safe and child-friendly area of Budapest, and in cooperation with you, it is possible to customize the interior design of the living space to your liking. For example, if you would like to provide your child with a larger room than specified in the plans, or if you would like to make the shape of the bathroom special, let us know during the consultations and we will make it happen.

We guarantee our work in accordance with Government Decree 181/2003.(11.5.).
