Who we are
Our firm, RC Nívó Ltd is a company with a fully hungarian founder background, dealing with high quality real estate development. In 2013, current members of the management team decided, with more than 15 years of professional experience and more than 58 projects behind their backs, to continue their cooperation in the form of a private limited company for the sake of more stable financeability and higher level customer service. That is how RC Nívó Ltd was born.
What we do
Our profile includes the planning, construction and sales of premium real estate. We are developing 4-10-apartments houses, all of which are getting sold already in the design phase, primarily in the elite districts of Budapest.
How we work
We aspire to build premium category real estate in each and every instance, shaping them in collaboration with the customer to their individual needs, at a competitive price. We do not use bank financing for our developments, thus ensuring predictable and secure operation. The financial contribution of our shareholders and our customer-friendly presale construction guarantee the stability of our firm.
Our results
Our company is performing substantial economic, and productive activity. We have more than 50 submitted projects, 235 apartments, and close to 50 million euros worth of real estate behind our backs, with even more currently in development.
