The Purchasing Process

- We advertise the property based on visual plans – this is where you first encounter the design of your future home.
- Once you have selected an apartment, we request a reservation deposit, which is held in escrow by a lawyer until all units in the development are sold, but for a maximum of 6 months.
- You purchase the portion of the land corresponding to your ownership share. The building permit and occupancy permit are also issued in your name, so you do not have to pay property transfer tax at the time of purchase.
- We then enter into a construction contract with you for the execution of the property.
- The construction is carried out in 30 phases over 9–12 months, taking your personal preferences into account. You only pay for each phase after its technical handover is completed.
- Finally, you can move into your new home.
